Portal Kickback uses FinTag-style metadata so your site or profile can publish a receiving Core ID and an optional fee or kickback percentage that partner tools can discover automatically.

• Publish tags such as `ican:xcb` for the receiving Core ID and `defi:fee` for the percentage.
